Common questions

How do I score without touching the phone?

Pair a Bluetooth clicker (a Flic 2 button) or a Garmin watch in Settings › Clicker. Then a click adds a point — the phone can sit on the fence.

The clicker won’t pair with a new phone

A Flic 2 links to one phone at a time. Unpair it on the old phone first (Settings › Clicker › Forget), then pair it on the new one. A Garmin watch must be set up in the Garmin Connect app on the phone you’re using.

The match ended too early / didn’t play a third set

Padel is best-of-three sets: whoever wins two sets wins the match, so there is no third set at 2–0. To start again, press once on the “match over” screen.

I mis-scored a point

Tap the undo arrow, or hold the clicker button. You can undo repeatedly, all the way back through the match.

Turn the spoken score on or off

The score is spoken automatically. To have it say the team names too, turn on “Say names with score” in Settings.
